How to use this set

Start with number tracing until each numeral is written the right way round.
Use objects, like buttons or blocks, for the first addition sheets. Count them out, push them together, count again.
Move to within 10 once within 5 is easy, and keep sheets short: one a day is plenty.

Common Core expects counting to 100, writing numbers 0 to 20, and adding and subtracting within 10 by the end of kindergarten.
