Accessibility
We want every parent, teacher and child to be able to use Dot & Loop. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines.
What we do
- Every page and tool can be used with a keyboard, with a clear focus outline.
- Pages use proper headings, labels and landmarks, so screen readers can find their way around.
- Text and buttons meet WCAG colour contrast, and nothing relies on colour alone.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, for small hands and big thumbs.
- Pages work at 200% zoom and on screens as narrow as 320 pixels.
- Animations are short, and letter animations can be paused.
- Cookie and search panels can be closed with the Escape key.
Known limits
- Worksheets are made to be printed and traced, so their content is visual by nature.
- Ads come from Google, and we can’t fully control how accessible each ad is.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, email hello@dotandloop.com with the page address and what happened. We treat accessibility problems as bugs and fix them first.
