Tips for each letter
- f
- Leaving off the lower loop. Cursive f goes above and below the line: a top loop and a bottom loop.
- a
- Leaving the top open, so a looks like u. Close the circle before you slant down.
- i
- Stopping to dot the i in the middle of a word. Finish the word first, then dot.
- t
- Making t as tall as l, or adding a loop. Cursive t is shorter than the tall letters and has no loop.
- h
- Making the hump too narrow, so h looks like an l and an i. Give the hump some width.
